Fashionably Lauren all began 6 years ago when I was 15 years old. I'd found a belt that I wanted to purchase but I thought it was overpriced and a bit on the flimsy side. I started experimenting with ways to design and fabricate belts. Once perfected, I began making belts for my friends and family. The next thing I knew people were placing belt orders with me and, as they say, the rest is history. I reached my first goal after just a year and a half and that was to sell 500 belts!!! My philosophy has stayed the same since the beginning, and that is to make my belts as affordable as possible without compromising quality. Fashionably Lauren belts are custom made to your specifications of width and length. They are all constructed with layers of stiffener for added stability and the buckles are sewn in using a technique that adds strength to the end as well as style. Belts (except for velvet and micro suede fabrics) may be hand washed and steam ironed. I am a senior at SCAD, the Savannah College of Art and Design. I am majoring in Interior Design.
